What these terms cover
Two things. First, the pages on this site: the guides, the login form, the information pages. Second, the desk service you reach through the WhatsApp buttons: issuing a Laser247 ID or demo ID, sharing the Android build, arranging deposits and withdrawals, and support. The betting platform you log in to afterwards is a separate thing with its own rules. Read those there.
Who may use the desk
- You are 18 or older. The desk asks, and you confirm it truthfully in the chat.
- Exchange betting is permitted where you live. Availability depends on your jurisdiction, and the desk may decline for that reason alone.
- You hold the mobile number you give the desk, and it is yours to use.
- You are asking for one ID for yourself, not for someone else and not as a second account.
If any of those is untrue, don't message. The desk can refuse or close an ID at any time if it finds one of them was untrue.
How an ID is issued and held
The desk issues a Laser247 ID after a short chat. The ID is tied to your mobile number. You set your own password on the platform and keep it to yourself. One person, one ID. Losing the number means recovery through the desk, described in the account recovery guide, and the desk may ask questions to confirm it is you before acting.
The desk never asks for your password or an OTP. If you hand either to anyone, the responsibility for what follows is yours. The Official Channels page lists the only number the desk uses so you can check before you type.
Payments happen in the chat
Deposits and withdrawals are arranged in the WhatsApp thread, usually by UPI or bank transfer. Amounts, limits and timings are confirmed by the desk in the chat, not printed here. Send payment only to details the desk gives you in that thread. A transfer sent anywhere else is not something the desk can trace or recover. The app
The Android build is shared by the desk in the chat and is not hosted on this site. Install only the file the desk sends you. A file from a group, a forward or a download page is not ours, and installing it is at your own risk. iOS users use the browser. The app page has the steps.
What you agree not to do
- Ask for or use an ID on behalf of someone else, or run more than one ID.
- Copy this site, its wording or its logo to pose as the desk.
- Send the desk abusive messages. The desk may stop replying and close the ID.
- Use the service where it is not permitted, or while under 18.
Content on this site
The pages are written by the desk to explain its own process. They are kept current, and changes are logged on the Updates page. They are not betting advice and not a promise of any result. The disclaimer says more. What the site stores about you, which is very little, is on the privacy policy and cookie policy pages.
Ending things
You can stop using the desk whenever you like. Ask in the chat to have your ID closed and the desk will do it. The desk can close an ID or stop replying if these terms are broken. Neither side owes the other notice for that. Any balance question at closing is handled in the chat, as with any withdrawal.
Play within your means
