What the ID actually is
Think of the Laser247 ID as your name on the exchange. It's a short username. You pair it with a password that you set on the platform itself, and together they open your account. Every bet, every deposit, every withdrawal sits under that one ID.
The desk issues it. Nobody else does. You don't fill in a sign-up form and wait for an email. You talk to a person on WhatsApp, they check a couple of things, and the ID lands in the chat. That's the whole process, and it's why the ID is always linked to the mobile number you messaged from.
Some people search "laser 247 id" and some search "laser247 user id". Same thing. The platform has two spellings and the ID is the same login either way. If you want the background on the exchange, the back and lay markets and the live casino, read what Laser 247 is first and come back.
How the desk issues a Laser247 ID
Short version: you message, the desk asks a few questions, you get the ID. Longer version below.
- Open the chat. Tap the WhatsApp button on this page. It opens a chat with the desk from the number you use every day. Use that number. It becomes the number your ID is tied to.
- Say what you want. "New Laser247 ID" is enough. If you already had an ID and lost it, say that instead so the desk goes to recovery rather than creating a duplicate.
- Answer the checks. The desk confirms you are 18 or over and that you're messaging from your own number. It doesn't ask for a password. It doesn't ask for an OTP. If it did, you'd be in the wrong chat.
- Receive the ID. The username comes back in the same thread with the platform link and a first-time login walkthrough. Set your password on the platform, not in the chat.
- Fund it when you're ready. The desk explains UPI and bank transfer in the same conversation. Nothing on this site shows amounts. The desk confirms the current figure in the chat.
What to send in the first message
You don't need documents. You don't need a photo. You need three things, and the shorter the message the faster the reply.
- What you want. New ID, demo ID, or recovery of an old one. Pick one.
- Your mobile number. WhatsApp shows it already, but say it out loud if you're messaging from a different phone than the one you'll play on.
- Confirmation you're 18+. The desk will ask anyway. Saying it up front saves a round trip.
Leave out anything the desk didn't ask for. Card numbers, bank passwords, screenshots of other accounts: none of it helps and none of it should be in a chat. If you want a list of what to keep private, the security checklist is blunt about it.

One person. One ID.
This is the rule people push back on most, so here it is plainly. Each Laser247 ID belongs to one person and one mobile number. You can't hold two live IDs. You can't run an ID for a friend on your number. You can't share your ID with someone else and log in from two phones at once.
The reason is simple. The desk verifies you by your number. Two IDs on one number means the desk can't tell which one is you when something goes wrong, so both get frozen until it's sorted. A shared ID means a withdrawal request can come from either of you, and the desk has no way to know which one to trust.
If your old ID is locked, forgotten or attached to a number you no longer have, that isn't a second ID. That's a replacement, and the Laser247 new ID page walks through what changes and what carries over. Spoiler: nothing carries over.
Laser 247 ID vs demo ID
Not sure yet? Ask for a demo first. It's a real login on the real platform with the money side switched off. Here's how the two compare.
| Feature | Full Laser247 ID | Demo ID |
|---|---|---|
| Issued by | The desk, on WhatsApp | The desk, on WhatsApp |
| Tied to your mobile | Yes | Yes |
| Browse markets | Yes | Yes |
| Back and lay with real money | Yes | No |
| Deposits and withdrawals | Yes, via UPI or bank transfer arranged in chat | No |
| Live casino tables | Yes | View only, depends on the table |
| Convert later | Not needed | Yes, ask the desk in the same chat |
Full detail on the demo, including what's greyed out and how the conversion works, is on the demo ID page.
Where you use the ID once you have it
Three places. The platform login screen in your browser, the Android build the desk shares on WhatsApp, and the chat itself whenever you need help. Type the ID exactly as the desk sent it, capitals included. The ID doesn't change when you switch from browser to app, and it doesn't change when you get a new phone. Your password can be reset. Your ID stays.
Write it down somewhere that isn't the WhatsApp chat. Chats get cleared, phones get replaced. A note in your phone's password manager is fine. A screenshot in your gallery is not, because anyone who picks up the phone can read it.
Before you share anything
The only place the desk talks to you is the WhatsApp number linked from this site. It replies from that same number. It never asks for your password, never asks for an OTP, and never sends you to a second site to "verify" the ID. If any of that happens, stop and compare the number against our Official Channels page before you type another word.
Lost the ID? Recovery is a chat away
People lose IDs. New phone, forgot the username, note got deleted. Yes, this happens a lot. The fix depends on one question: do you still control the mobile number the ID was tied to?
If yes, message the desk from that number and say "recover my ID". The desk matches the number against its records and confirms the username back to you. Password resets happen on the platform afterwards, and the password reset guide shows the screen you'll see.
If no, it's harder. The desk can't hand an ID to a number it has never seen. You'll be asked what you remember about the account, and the desk decides case by case. The account recovery guide covers both situations step by step.
When to message the desk
Any time you're stuck on the account side. That's the point of having a desk instead of a ticket form. You don't need to explain yourself at length. One line about the problem and the desk takes it from there. Typical reasons people write in:
- You want a new Laser247 ID or a demo.
- Your Laser247 login fails and the troubleshooting guide didn't fix it.
- You need the Android app build the desk shares in the chat.
- A deposit or withdrawal is sitting longer than the desk said it would.
- Something looks off and you want a human to check it.
For anything that isn't about your account, the support page explains what the desk can and can't do and where email fits in. Availability depends on your jurisdiction, and the desk will tell you straight if it can't issue an ID where you are.
