Check these before you type
- The chat that opens is the number listed on our Official Channels page.
- Nobody has asked you for a password or an OTP.
- The platform link you use came from the desk in that chat, not from a forwarded message or a random group.
- You're on a phone or laptop you control, not a shared cafe machine.
Where you actually log in
Not here. This site is the desk. The exchange runs on its own platform, and that platform has the real login screen with the password box. The desk sends you the working link to it inside WhatsApp, every time, so you're never guessing which address is right.
Why the extra step? Because lookalike pages copy the Laser 247 name and put up a fake login box to grab IDs and passwords. When the link comes from a chat you started from this site, from a number you've checked, that risk goes away. It's a small habit that saves a lot of grief. The fake sites guide shows what the copies usually get wrong.
Once you're on the platform and signed in, you stay signed in until you log out or the session times out. You don't need to come back through WhatsApp each time. Bookmark the link the desk gave you and use that.
Coming back after weeks away
Old bookmark, new phone, can't remember which link was right. Common. Don't search for it. Open the WhatsApp chat you already have with the desk, scroll up to the last link it sent, and use that one. If the chat is gone, type your ID in the form above and the desk sends the current link again. Takes one message. A search result can put you on a copy, and the copy looks fine right up to the moment your balance vanishes.
First Laser247 login, step by step
You have the ID from the desk. Now what. This is the sequence for a brand new account.
- Type your ID in the form above and hit continue. WhatsApp opens with the desk. Send the message as it is.
- Wait for the desk to confirm. It checks the ID against your mobile number and replies with the platform link. Same number, same thread.
- Open the link and enter your ID. Exactly as sent. Capitals matter. The letter O and the number zero are not the same thing.
- Enter the starting password the desk gave you. The platform will push you to change it on first login. Do it. Pick something you don't use anywhere else.
- Look around before you deposit. Find the cricket markets, the back and lay buttons, the wallet. If the layout is new to you, back and lay explained is a five-minute read.
- Fund the account in the chat, not on the site. The desk arranges UPI or bank transfer and confirms the current figure. The deposits and withdrawals page explains the screenshot rule.

Common login errors and the fix
Nine times out of ten the problem is on this table. Work down it before you message.
| What you see | Usual cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Invalid ID or password | Typo, wrong case, O vs 0, trailing space | Retype slowly. Copy the ID from the desk's message if you still have it. |
| Account locked | Too many wrong attempts, or the desk froze it | Stop trying. Message the desk with your ID. It tells you which one it is. |
| Page will not load | Old bookmark, dead link, patchy data | Ask the desk for the current link. Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data or back. |
| Logged out on its own | Session expired or a second login elsewhere | Log in again. If it keeps happening, change your password. |
| Login works, balance shows zero | Deposit not yet confirmed | Send the payment screenshot in the chat if you have not already. |
| Asked for an OTP on a strange page | You are on a copy, not the platform | Close it. Do not enter anything. Report the link to the desk. |
Still stuck after that? The login not working guide goes deeper, and the desk can see whether the ID is live from its side.
One more thing about locks. If the desk froze your account, there's a reason, and the desk will tell you what it is. Usually it's a second ID on the same number or a withdrawal that needed a check. Sort the reason and the lock comes off. Hammering the login screen in the meantime does nothing except make the log longer.
Security checklist. Do this every time.
Logins go wrong because of habits, not because of clever attackers. Fix the habits.
- Only use the link the desk sent. Not a search result, not a forwarded message, not a group post.
- Password on the platform only. Never in WhatsApp, never on this site, never in an email.
- OTP goes nowhere. The desk never asks for one. Nobody legitimate does.
- Log out on shared devices. Every time. A saved session on a friend's phone is a live account for them.
- Change the starting password on day one. And again if anything ever feels off.
- Check the number. The desk only writes from the number on Official Channels. New number claiming to be the desk? It isn't.
The longer version, with what to do if you think someone else has your password, is the Laser247 security checklist. Recovery after a lockout is on the account recovery guide.
Mobile vs desktop login
Same ID, same password, same account. The difference is where you tap.
| Feature | Phone | Laptop or desktop |
|---|---|---|
| How you open it | Browser, or the Android build from the desk | Browser only |
| Getting the link | Tap it straight from the WhatsApp chat | Use WhatsApp Web, or type the link the desk sent |
| Live betting | Fine on mobile data for most sessions | Bigger screen, easier to watch more than one market |
| Staying signed in | Stays until you log out or clear the browser | Log out if the machine is shared |
| iPhone | Browser, or add the platform to the home screen | Same as any other laptop |
Two devices, one account
Phone in the day, laptop at night. That works. What doesn't work is both at the same time from two different places, because the platform treats it as a possible shared login and may end one session. Log out on the first device before you sign in on the second and you'll never see the clash. If you keep getting logged out while only using one device, change your password. Someone else may have it.
Most people in India play on a phone. If that's you, the Laser247 app page covers the Android build the desk shares in the chat and the iOS home screen route. Laptop users don't need anything extra. The browser is the app.
When to stop and message
Two wrong password attempts, then stop. A third and fourth won't help and a lock makes the desk's job longer. Message with your ID, say what the screen shows, and let the desk look from its side. If your problem is bigger than a login, such as a number you no longer control, go straight to the support page and read what the desk needs from you before you write.
