Laser247 deposit: how it works in the chat
You don't type card details into the platform. Money moves through a payment the desk arranges with you, one at a time, in the chat you already have.
That sounds slower than a payment page. In practice it means a person confirms every deposit against a screenshot, so a wrong amount or a mistyped UPI ID gets caught before it becomes a support case. It also means the payment details you use are the ones that apply today, not the ones from a message someone forwarded last month.
If you don't have an ID yet, the first deposit is part of getting one. The Laser247 ID page shows where it sits in that flow.
Deposit steps
- Say "deposit" in the chat. Include your ID. The desk replies with the current payment details and the method options, usually UPI or bank transfer.
- Pay from your own account. Use the details from that reply and nothing else. Payments from a third party's account slow the check.
- Send the screenshot. Same chat, straight after paying. It must show the amount, the reference or UTR number, and the status. The UPI deposit guide has an example of a screenshot that passes first time.
- Wait for the confirmation. The desk checks the payment and confirms in the chat. Your balance updates once that's done. Don't pay twice if it feels slow; ask instead.
The screenshot rule
No screenshot, no credit. That's the rule, and it protects you as much as the desk.
The screenshot is the only proof that links your payment to your ID. Without it, a deposit is just a number sitting in an account with no name attached. With it, the desk can match the reference, the amount and the time quickly. So take the screenshot from the payment app's success screen, not from your bank's statement list, and make sure the reference number is readable. Crop nothing.
One more thing. Send it in the same chat you got the payment details from. A screenshot sent to a different number proves nothing to the desk and may hand your payment details to someone else.
Laser247 withdrawal: requesting a payout
Withdrawals go the other way through the same chat. You ask, the desk checks, the money goes to the account you name.
- Message the desk with three things. Your ID, the amount, and the bank or UPI details the payout should go to. All in one message saves a round of questions.
- Check the details before you send. A wrong digit in an account number is the single most common reason a withdrawal stalls. Read it back once.
- Wait for the desk to confirm. The request is checked against your account. The desk confirms the current timing in the chat when it accepts the request.
- Get the credit. The desk tells you in the chat when it's sent. If it hasn't landed after that, reply in the same thread with your bank screenshot.
The withdrawal guide has a template message and a short list of what the desk may ask for on larger requests.

What slows a request down
Almost every delay traces back to one of these. Fix the cause and the request moves.
| Problem | Why it stalls | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| No screenshot sent | The desk cannot match the payment to your ID | Send it in the same chat, reference visible |
| Reference number cropped or blurred | Cannot be checked against the account | Retake from the success screen, uncropped |
| Paid to old details | Payment details change; old ones may not be live | Always ask for current details before paying |
| Paid from someone else's account | Name on the payment does not match your ID | Pay from your own account |
| Wrong payout account details | Money goes nowhere or bounces | Check every digit before sending the request |
| Messaged a second number | The desk never sees it | Use only the chat you started from this site |
| Password or OTP shared | Account may be paused for safety | Never share either; see below |
Figures the desk confirms in the chat
We don't print amounts, limits or timings here. They change, and a stale number costs you a failed payment. Here's where each one comes from.
If someone quotes you a figure that didn't come from your own chat with the desk, treat it as wrong until the desk confirms it.
Payments only through the chat you started
The desk shares payment details in your WhatsApp thread and nowhere else. A new number sending "updated" UPI details, a link to pay on a page, or a request for your password or OTP to "verify the deposit" is not the desk. Check the number on Official Channels, block the other one, and tell the desk in your original chat. The security checklist covers the rest.
Before you deposit at all
Laser 247 is 18+ only, and the desk confirms that before your first deposit, not after. If you want to see the platform before any money moves, ask for a demo ID first. And set a budget you can actually lose; the responsible gaming page is short and worth a read.
Questions the chat can't answer? The support page lists what to send and what happens next.
