The desk rules
- 18 and over only. The desk asks before issuing a Laser247 ID and refuses anyone younger.
- One person, one ID. No second accounts to dodge a limit or a break.
- Limits on request. Say a figure in the chat and the desk holds you to it.
- Breaks on request. Name a period. The ID stays paused until it ends.
- Closure on request. Ask, and the ID is closed. The desk will not talk you out of it.

Limits and breaks are noted against your ID in the chat. Lowering a limit takes effect at once. Raising one is treated as a fresh request and the desk may ask you to wait before it applies. Withdrawals at closure follow the normal steps in the withdrawal guide.
Asking is one message
You don't need to explain yourself. "Set my deposit limit to this figure." "Pause my ID for this long." "Close my ID." The desk acts on the message and confirms in the chat. Check you are in the right chat first using the Official Channels page.
Signs it has stopped being fun
Chasing a loss with a bigger stake. Depositing more than you decided before the match started. Betting on markets you know nothing about because the cricket has finished for the day. Hiding the activity from people at home. Borrowing to deposit. Feeling irritable when you can't check the odds. Thinking about betting during work or with family.
One of those on a bad day is normal. Several, most weeks, is the point to act. Set a limit today rather than after the next loss.
Habits that keep it small
- Decide the amount before you deposit. Write it down. That is the whole budget for the period, win or lose.

- Withdraw wins, don't recycle them. Money that leaves the account is real. Money that stays is a stake.
- Keep the session short. Session markets move fast and are covered in the session betting guide. Fast markets are where budgets break.
- Tell someone. A friend who knows your budget is a better limit than any setting.
If you are worried right now
Message the desk and ask for a pause. It takes one line and the ID stops that moment. Then talk to someone you trust, a doctor or a local counselling service about what is going on. The desk can close the door; the rest of the help comes from people near you.
For family members
If someone in your household holds a Laser247 ID and you're concerned, you can report it through the Contact page. The desk cannot discuss another person's account with you, but it can look at the concern and act within its rules. If the person is under 18, say so and the ID is closed.
