What this site is
A set of pages written by the desk about its own service. They tell you how to get a Laser247 ID, how the login form hands you to WhatsApp, how the app is shared and how deposits and withdrawals run. The guides add practical detail. All of it describes how the desk works today and is updated when that changes.
What this site is not
- Not betting advice. Nothing here recommends a market, a side or a stake. The back and lay guide explains mechanics, not picks.
- Not a promise of profit. Exchange betting can lose you money, and losing is a normal outcome. Treat every stake as spent when you place it.
- Not the platform rules. The Laser 247 platform has its own terms, shown when you log in there. Those govern your bets, not these pages.
- Not a source of figures. Limits, fees, timings and odds are never printed here. The desk confirms the current figure in the chat.
- Not legal advice. You check for yourself if exchange betting is allowed where you live. Availability depends on your jurisdiction.
The desk and the platform are different things
The desk issues IDs, shares the app and arranges payments in a WhatsApp chat. The platform is where the markets run. If a market settles in a way you dispute, or the site is slow during a match, the desk can pass your message on but cannot change the outcome. Your responsibilities
You confirm you are 18 or over and that betting is permitted where you are. You keep your password to yourself and never share it or an OTP with anyone, including anyone claiming to be the desk. You send payments only to details given in your own chat thread, after checking the number against the Official Channels page. You install the app only from the file the desk sends, never from a group or a forwarded link.
If you skip those checks and lose access or money as a result, the desk will help where it can, starting with the account recovery guide, but it cannot undo a transfer to a stranger or reverse a login you handed over.
Accuracy of these pages
The desk writes plainly and keeps the pages current. Still, a page can lag a process change by a day, or a wording can be read two ways. Where a page and the desk disagree, the desk in the chat is right, and the page gets fixed. Changes that matter are logged on the Updates page. If you spot an error, say so through the Contact page.
Links away from this site
The WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp. Logging in takes you to the platform. Each has its own terms and privacy rules that this site does not control. The privacy policy lists what this site itself collects, which is very little.
Losses are real
