What this site collects
| Where | What | Kept by |
|---|---|---|
| Reading pages | Standard hosting access logs: IP address, browser type, page requested, time | The hosting server, for routine security and error checking |
| Login form | Nothing. Your ID is handed to the WhatsApp link that opens. The site keeps no copy | Nobody |
| WhatsApp buttons | Nothing on the site. The chat opens in WhatsApp | The desk, inside the chat |
| Whatever you write to us | The desk, in its mailbox | |
| Cookies | None for tracking. See the cookie policy | Not applicable |
There is no account system on this site, no comment form, no newsletter and no contact form. The one form, on the login page, routes to WhatsApp and stores nothing here.
What the desk holds in the chat
When you message the desk you share your mobile number, because WhatsApp shows it. When the desk issues a Laser247 ID it links that ID to your number. Over time the thread also holds whatever you send: payment screenshots, error screenshots, the questions you ask. That thread is the desk's record of your account. It's how a lost password or a pending deposit gets sorted without you proving who you are all over again.
The desk asks for your login ID and your mobile number. It never asks for your password, an OTP, an ID document or a card number. If you're ever asked for those, the Official Channels page tells you how to check who you're really talking to.
What the desk does with it
Issues and recovers your ID. Matches a deposit screenshot to a credit. Processes a withdrawal to the details you gave. Answers your question. That is the full list. The desk does not sell your details, does not send marketing to your number and does not add you to groups.
Who else sees anything
The platform, to create your login, receives your mobile number. WhatsApp carries the chat under its own privacy terms, which you agreed to when you installed it. The hosting company for this site sees the access logs mentioned above. Nobody else. There are no advertising networks on these pages and no share buttons that phone home.
How long things are kept
The chat stays as long as your ID is active, because the desk needs it to help you. When you ask to close the ID, the desk removes what it holds about you, keeping only what is needed to settle any open payment. Hosting logs rotate on the hosting company's normal schedule. Email is kept until the matter it concerns is closed.
Your choices
- Ask what the desk holds. Say so in the chat. The desk tells you.
- Correct a detail. A changed number is the usual case. The account recovery guide covers moving an ID to a new number.
- Delete everything. Ask for the ID to be closed. The desk confirms when it is done.
- Complain. Email through the Contact page if you think the desk handled your details badly. You'll get a reply from the desk itself.
Your side of it
The biggest privacy risk is not this site. It's sending your ID, a screenshot or a payment to a number that isn't the desk. Check the number on the Official Channels page every time, and run the security checklist once.
Changes to this policy
If the site starts collecting anything new, this page changes first and the Updates page records the date. Until you see such an entry, what is written above is the whole story.
