What to send for each problem
The first message decides how fast the chat goes. Send the right details up front and the desk skips the back-and-forth.
| Problem | Send this | Read first |
|---|---|---|
| Cannot log in | Login ID, exact error text or a screenshot, phone or desktop | Login not working |
| Forgot password | Login ID and registered mobile number | Password reset |
| Lost access to the number | Login ID, old number, new number | Account recovery |
| Deposit not credited | Transfer screenshot with reference, login ID | UPI deposit guide |
| Withdrawal pending | Login ID, the amount requested, the payout details you gave | Withdrawal guide |
| App will not install | Phone model, Android version, the error screen | Laser247 app |
| Want a new or demo ID | Just say so. The desk asks for what it needs | Get your Laser247 ID |
How a support chat runs
- You open the chat. Use a button on this site, not a number from a group or a forward.
- You send the basics. Login ID, registered mobile number, the problem in one or two lines, screenshot if there is one.
- The desk confirms it is you. It checks the ID against the mobile number on file. That is the whole identity check.
- The desk acts or instructs. Some things it does for you, like a reset trigger or a credit check. Some things you do on the platform while the chat stays open.
- You confirm it is fixed. Say so in the chat. If it is not, say that too. The thread stays there for next time.
What the desk will not do in a support chat
It won't ask for your password. It won't ask for an OTP. It won't send you to a second number or a "senior manager" on a new contact. It won't ask you to pay anything to a personal account to release a withdrawal. If any of those happen, you are not talking to the desk. The Official Channels page shows the only number we use.
Login, ID and app questions
Most login problems are small. A capital letter typed wrong. An old bookmark. A browser that cached a dead session. Try the fixes in the login guide before you message, because they take less time than typing the question. If they fail, the desk can check whether the ID is active and whether a reset is needed.
For a lost ID, the desk finds it from your registered mobile number. For a replaced ID, read the new ID page first, because nothing carries over from the old one. For the app, the desk sends the current build in the chat; never install a file that arrived any other way.
Payment questions
Deposits and withdrawals are arranged in the same WhatsApp chat, usually by UPI or bank transfer. The screenshot rule is the one that matters: no transfer screenshot, no credit check. Keep the reference number visible. Withdrawal questions go faster when you quote the amount and the payout details you gave. The desk confirms current figures in the chat, so this site never prints them. Everything else is on the deposits and withdrawals page.
Before you send a screenshot
Check the chat number matches the one on this site. A screenshot with your bank details, sent to the wrong number, cannot be unsent. Thirty seconds of checking beats a week of regret.
Written questions and reports
Anything you want on record, or a report about a page pretending to be Laser 247, can go by email. The address is in the footer and on the Contact page. Account actions still need WhatsApp, because the desk works from the mobile number your ID is tied to. Play limits and time-out requests are covered on the responsible gaming page.
