How a Laser247 UPI deposit actually works
There is no deposit button that talks to your bank. Laser247 is an exchange and your balance is topped up by the desk that issued your ID. So the money moves in two parts. Part one is a normal UPI payment from your phone to the details the desk gives you. Part two is the desk seeing that payment and adding the matching credit to your Laser 247 account.
The screenshot is the bridge between the two parts. Without it, the desk has a payment with no name attached and you have a balance that hasn't moved. With it, the match takes one look.
If you're new and don't hold an ID yet, stop here. Deposits only make sense once the Laser247 ID exists. Get the ID first, log in once, then come back.
Before you pay
- You're chatting with the number listed on Official Channels. Not a number from a forwarded message. Not a number a stranger sent you.
- You've logged in at least once and know your login ID. The desk will ask for it to match the credit.
- Your UPI app is working and your bank isn't in a maintenance window. A failed UPI attempt is a bank issue, not a Laser247 issue.
- You've asked for the current figure if you want to know the minimum. The desk confirms it in the chat. It's not on this page on purpose.
The deposit, step by step
- Open the chat and say you want to deposit. Include your login ID and the amount you plan to send. Plain words are fine. "Deposit, ID xyz, amount abc."
- Wait for the UPI details. The desk replies in the same chat with where to pay. Use only what arrives in that reply, that day. Don't reuse details from last week.
- Pay from your own UPI app. Enter the details exactly as sent. Check the name that your UPI app shows before you confirm. If it doesn't match what the desk said, stop and ask.
- Screenshot the success screen. The UPI reference number, the amount and the time must be readable. Crop nothing.
- Send the screenshot in the same chat. Same thread, same number. Add your login ID again under it.
- Wait for the confirmation message. The desk tells you when the credit is applied. Then refresh your balance on the platform. Don't send a second payment while you wait.
The screenshot rule
No screenshot, no match. The desk can't guess which incoming payment is yours. A payment made and a screenshot never sent is the single most common reason a Laser247 deposit looks "missing". Send it every time, even for a small amount, even if you've deposited a hundred times before.
Mistakes that slow a deposit down
| What happened | Why it stalls | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Paid to details from an old chat | Details change. The money may not land where the desk is looking. | Send the screenshot anyway and tell the desk it was old details. Don't pay again. |
| Screenshot with the reference cut off | The desk can't match a payment without the UPI reference. | Open your UPI app history and send a full screenshot of that transaction. |
| Paid from a different person's UPI | Name mismatch triggers a manual check. | Say whose UPI it was and your relationship. Next time, tell the desk before paying. |
| Sent the screenshot to a second number | That number isn't the desk. Nothing happens, or worse. | Resend in the chat with the number on Official Channels. Read the security checklist. |
| No login ID in the message | The desk has to ask, and you may be away from the phone. | Always put the ID under the screenshot. |
Bank transfer as the fallback
UPI is the usual route because it's quick on a phone and hands you a reference number instantly. Bank transfer is the other normal route. Use it when UPI is down, when your bank caps UPI for the day, or when the desk asks you to. The steps are the same shape. Ask, receive details, pay, screenshot, confirm. The deposits and withdrawals page covers the bank route in the same detail.
What the desk will never do during a deposit
It won't ask for your UPI PIN. It won't send you a payment link to "auto-credit" your account. It won't ask for an OTP from your bank. It won't message you from a second number to "speed things up". Every one of those is a sign you've drifted out of the real chat. The fake sites guide lists the rest of the patterns.
Yes, this gets said on every money page. It gets said because it keeps happening.
Depositing more than once in a day
Ask each time. It feels repetitive when you're topping up for the third time during a long match, but the details the desk shares can change between your first payment and your third. Treat every deposit as its own small conversation. Say "deposit", wait for the details, pay, screenshot, done. If the details are unchanged, the desk will say so and you've lost nothing but a few seconds. If they've changed, you've just avoided a payment landing in the wrong place.
Keep each screenshot with its own message rather than stacking three payments under one line of text. One payment, one screenshot, one ID line. The desk matches them one at a time.
After the credit lands
Check the balance on the platform, not just the chat. If it matches, you're done. If the platform shows a different figure from what you sent, say so in the chat with the screenshot still in the thread. If you don't see the platform at all because the login is failing, that's a separate problem, and the login not working guide handles it. For the mobile side, the Laser247 app page explains where to log in on Android and iOS.
