How you get the APK
Ask for it. That's the whole process. Open the chat with the desk, say "send the app", and the current build the desk shares in the chat arrives as a file you can tap. If you don't have an ID yet, the desk sorts that in the same conversation, so start with the Laser247 ID page if you're brand new.
Why no download button here? Because a file sitting on a web page can be copied, and once copied it can be tampered with. The desk sends a build it has in hand, to a number it has already verified. That's a shorter chain and a safer one. It also means you can ask a real person "is this the latest?" and get an answer.
Install steps on Android
Android makes you jump through one hoop for any file that didn't come from the Play Store. Here's the whole sequence.
- Tap the APK in the WhatsApp chat. It downloads to your phone. Wait for it to finish before you tap again.
- Allow the install when Android asks. You'll see a message about installing unknown apps. Tap Settings, switch it on for WhatsApp, and go back.
- Tap Install. If a scanner pops up, let it run. The build from the desk passes. If it doesn't, stop and tell the desk.
- Open the app and log in. Same ID, same password as the browser. The Laser247 login page covers the first-time steps if you haven't done them yet.
- Turn the unknown apps permission back off. Optional, but sensible. You only needed it once.
The whole thing takes a couple of minutes on most phones. Stuck on a specific screen? Send the desk a screenshot of it. Phone makers change these menus often and the desk has seen most of them.
iPhone: no download, still an app
There's no separate iOS build. Apple doesn't allow this kind of app through the App Store, and the desk doesn't pretend otherwise. What you do instead takes about a minute.
- Open the platform link from the desk in Safari. Not Chrome. The home screen option only shows up in Safari.
- Tap the share icon. The square with the arrow at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Add to Home Screen. Rename it if you want. Tap Add.
- Open it from the home screen. It launches full screen without the browser bar. Log in as usual.
It stays signed in the same way the browser does. If the icon ever stops loading, the platform link may have moved. Ask the desk for the current one and repeat the steps.

Honest take from the desk: the browser is fine. The app is a convenience for people who play every day and want an icon that opens straight into the markets. If you're not sure, use the browser for a week and decide. You can add the app later without touching your account.
Updating the app
The app doesn't update itself. There's no store behind it to push new versions. When the desk has a new build, it tells you in the chat, or you ask. Then you install the new file over the old one the same way you did the first time. Your login stays. Your settings stay. Delete the old APK file from your downloads afterwards so you don't tap it by mistake next month.
How do you know if you're behind? Ask. "Is my app current?" gets you a straight answer. If the app starts failing to load markets that the browser shows fine, that's usually the sign. Don't hunt for a newer file anywhere else. The updates page lists changes on this site, but the build itself only ever comes through the chat.
Fake APKs are the main way people lose accounts
Search "laser247 apk" and you'll find files on download sites, Telegram groups and forwarded messages. None of them are from the desk. Some are old builds. Some carry a login screen that sends your ID and password somewhere else. You can't tell by looking. The only safe rule is the simple one: if the file didn't arrive in your chat with the number on our Official Channels page, don't install it. Already installed one? App problems the desk hears most
- "App not installed" after tapping Install. Usually an older build still on the phone. Uninstall it first, then install the new file.
- Login works in browser, fails in app. Old build. Ask the desk for the current one.
- Markets load but odds don't move. Weak connection. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. The session betting guide explains why live markets need a steady signal.
- Downloaded file won't open. Download didn't finish. Delete it, tap the file in the chat again.
- Phone says the app is harmful. Stop. Don't override it. Send the desk a screenshot before doing anything else.
