First time? Start here.
You've never had a Laser247 ID. Good, this is the easy case. You message the desk, it confirms you're 18 or over and messaging from your own number, and the new ID comes back in the chat with the platform link. There's nothing to prepare. No documents, no form, no waiting on an email.
The one decision you make is which mobile number to use. Pick the one you'll still have in a year. Your ID is tied to it, and every recovery, every withdrawal check, every "is this really you" question runs through that number. Swapping later is possible but slow, so get it right on day one.
Not sure you want a full account yet? Ask for a demo ID first. Same chat, same desk, real money switched off. You convert it to a full ID later without starting over.
Replacing an old ID? Read this first.
This is the case with more moving parts. Your old Laser 247 ID exists somewhere, and the desk needs to deal with it before a new one goes live. Otherwise you'd be one person with two IDs, and that gets both frozen.
Before you message, try recovery. If you still control the mobile number the old ID was on, the desk can usually hand the old username back to you in a couple of messages. The account recovery guide walks through it, and if it works, you keep your balance and your history. A replacement should be the second option, not the first.
If recovery isn't possible, say so plainly in the chat: "old ID lost, number gone, need a new one". The desk retires the old ID and issues a fresh one to the number you're messaging from now.
What changes, what carries over
Short answer: everything changes, nothing carries over. The table spells it out so there are no surprises.
| Item | Old ID | New ID |
|---|---|---|
| Username | Retired | New one from the desk |
| Password | Dead with the old ID | You set a new one on the platform |
| Balance | Stays on the old ID | Starts empty |
| Bet history | Stays on the old ID | Blank |
| Mobile number | Whatever it was | The number you message from now |
| Open bets | Settle on the old ID | None |
| Deposit and withdrawal routes | As arranged before | Arranged again in the chat |
The balance line is the one that matters. If there's money on the old ID and you can still log in, withdraw it first. The withdrawal guide shows the request. If you can't log in and can't recover, tell the desk exactly what's on the account. It decides case by case, and it will tell you straight what it can and can't do.

Steps to a new Laser247 ID
- Sort the old ID, if there is one. Withdraw what you can. Try recovery. Then, and only then, ask for a replacement.
- Open the WhatsApp chat. From the number you want the new ID tied to. Tap the button below.
- Say which case you are. "New player, first ID" or "replacing old ID, number lost". One line. The desk takes a different path for each.
- Answer the checks. Age, number, and for replacements, whatever you remember about the old account. No password. No OTP. Ever.
- Get the ID and set your password. Username arrives in the chat. You set the password on the platform screen, not in WhatsApp. The Laser247 login page has the first-login walkthrough.
- Fund it when ready. UPI or bank transfer, arranged in the chat. The desk confirms the current figure. Screenshot rule is on deposits and withdrawals.
The web portal, if you prefer a form
Some people would rather type into a form than start a chat. There's a registration portal for that. It's the secondary route, and it works, but know what you're trading. On WhatsApp a person confirms your number and hands you the login link in the same thread. On the portal you fill in the fields and the desk still has to confirm you afterwards, so it tends to take longer, not shorter.
If you use it, use the exact mobile number you'll message the desk from later. A mismatch between the portal number and your WhatsApp number is the most common reason a portal sign-up stalls.
The Laser247 register page compares both routes in detail and lists what the desk checks either way.
What the desk will never do while issuing an ID
- Ask for your password, old or new.
- Ask for an OTP from your bank or your phone.
- Send you to a second site to "activate" the ID.
- Message you from a number other than the one on our Official Channels page.
If any of those happen, you're not talking to the desk. Stop, and check the number before you send anything else.
Keep the new one longer than the old one
Most replacement requests trace back to one of three habits: a shared ID, a password reused from somewhere else, or an APK from a random link. Fix those and the new ID lasts. Don't share the login, even with family. Pick a password you use nowhere else. Only install the Laser247 app from the file the desk sends in the chat. The security checklist is short and worth ten minutes.
One more: write the new username somewhere that isn't the chat. Chats get cleared. Phones get replaced. That's how half the "lost my ID" messages start.
Still not sure which case you are?
Message anyway. Describe what happened in a sentence and the desk will tell you whether it's recovery, replacement or a plain new sign-up. It's faster than guessing. For anything outside the account itself, the support page explains what the desk handles and where email fits. 18+ only, and availability depends on your jurisdiction.
